I recommend reading this author's short "essay" mentioned in her message. Find it here: https://lausanne.org/global.../loving-our-global-neighbour. She's a Christian AND a top notch scientist, and grasps how faith informs our action.

Throughout history, people of faith have acted out of love to stand against suffering and injustice, from ending slavery to dismantling apartheid.

Today, we face a new kind of crisis. Pollution, climate change, and the loss of nature are harming the very people God calls us to protect: the poor, the vulnerable, and those yet unborn.

I believe these aren’t just environmental or scientific problems. They’re moral and spiritual ones. Caring for creation means caring for each other — protecting health, food, water, and the future itself.

When we lead with love, we can still bend the arc of the moral universe toward justice, taking action for people and for the planet, together. 🌍❤️

A helpful antidote to the lies of climate denier Reform politicians.

‘Bold’, ‘faithful’, ‘exciting’ and ‘commendable’. Those are just some of the ways in which Anglicans around the world have responded to the Church of England...
