đź“– SIAMS SEF Writing Workshop

Need dedicated time to draft or update your SIAMS Self-Evaluation Form (SEF)?

This practical morning gives school leaders the opportunity to step away from the school site and work alongside the Diocesan Education Team to develop their SEF.

đź’ˇ What to expect:
• An introduction to effective SEF writing
• Dedicated time to work on your own school’s SEF
• Guidance and support from members of the Diocesan Education Team
• Opportunities to share ideas and work alongside colleagues from other schools
• Time to explore all the SIAMS inspection questions and begin drafting your document

Please bring access to any relevant school data, reports and monitoring information you may need during the session.

📌 This is a practical workshop, so you will leave with dedicated work completed on your SEF and greater confidence in developing it in a way that reflects your school’s own context and Christian vision.

Please note: we do not provide an exemplar SEF, as each school’s document should be unique to its own context and vision.
