Calling all pet owners!

Come next Friday evening for our pet blessing service, held in the front garden of the vicarage (the house next door to church, at the end of Glebe Close). It's part of our weekend of celebrations for the centenary of the Diocese of Blackburn .

There'll be having a short service, blessing for our pets and then some light refreshments. Everyone and every pet is welcome. 🐶🐈‍🐟🐹🐍

St James church and Revelation Community Church joint hosting this free group.

Hope Explored looks at the life, death and resurrection of Jesus in Luke’s Gospel over three sessions. It's informal and a chance to explore about the Christian faith for yourself.

Join us on September 17th and 24th, and October 1st.

Head down to St James' school on Saturday 12th for free entertainment by Taz, BBQ, bouncy castles, Mahalo glitter pod, crafts, games and more, as we celebrate the centenary of the Diocese of Blackburn.

Hosted by ourselves and Revelation Community Church.

Everything is free!

Join us this Sunday as we send our local children, teachers and staff back to school for a new academic year. We'll be thinking about new starts and praying for God's blessing on us. Bring a school bag or pencil case for blessing.

Join us as we open church tomorrow (Friday) to pray for our world, especially for Nepal.

Church will be open for quiet prayer and light candles. Just drop by anytime between 2-3 and 6-7pm. We'll be serving light refreshments too 🙏🙏

The US Geological Survey says "glacial collapse" triggered the wall of water and mud that tore through Nepal and Tibet. Hundreds of people are still missing.
