Sitting praying and watching the washing being blown about. I realised I felt like the washing. Blown about by circumstances and feelings . I felt like, little, or no substance to me. Full of wind. I was feeling sad and discouraged and rejected. But then my mind started to sing Ian white's Psalm 42. Verse 11 - Why are you so sad, my soul, why so disturbed within me. Put your hope in God and I will yet praise you , my saviour and my God. Guitar out!! He is an anchor whatever the storm.

Have you noticed how many self store places are around you. Sometimes these are really necessary. But many are just holding people's stuff they can no longer fit in their homes. No judgement but we are not our possessions! We have real value. Just us. Not stuff, not houses, not cars, not jobs, not family or connections. Just me, just you. So let go and be free to be just you
