"Saturday Silence"

Not the grief of Friday.
Not the triumph of Sunday.
Just the stillness in between...

The stone is rolled.
The tomb is closed.
The sky is calm, but hearts are storming.

For the disciples, it was a day of questions without answers, prayers that met silence, and hopes buried with the One they followed.

But what they didn’t see—what we so easily forget—is that God was still writing the story.
Not in the noise. Not in the light. But in the hidden, holy silence.

Holy Saturday whispers to us:
Even when heaven is quiet, God is not absent.
Even when nothing moves, the Author holds the pen.

So if you find yourself tonight in the space between "what was" and "what will be", take heart.
He is still at work.

“The Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him.
It is good that one should wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.”
– Lamentations 3:25–26

Resurrection is coming.
