Seeking to make a real difference in our community, because knowing Jesus makes ALL the difference. We are moving soon to a new venue.

We are a local family church and part of the Newfrontiers family of churches. Watch out for details :-) Our church2gether times will probably stay the same. "Together" starts at 10.30am and finishes around 12.00 noon. After this we spend time enjoying refreshments and building friendships. We also have various mid-week meetings. This morning we continue a short series on the Gospel. Having "set the scene" last week, this morning we will be looking at the content and the how and why of the Gospel. What is a good gospel? What isn't a gospel? Why did Paul call it the "message of first importance"?

It's a theme we should regularly refresh ourselves in...for His praise - in thanks for our salvation - and the mandate to share it with others.

Good morning!
This morning we will begin a short series on the Gospel. We will be looking at the content and the how and why of the Gospel. What is a good gospel? What isn't a gospel? Why did Paul call it the "message of first importance"?
To begin with we'll look at the THE Gospel writings - the accounts of the life and ministry of Jesus. Why 4 of them? What are the differences?

Good morning! This Sunday is a 'Communion@King's' morning. Fellowship - Worship - Communion..... prayer and more time for fellowship.
Communion Sundays are slightly different from our usual Sunday.
The children stay in (there is no Zone on Communion Sundays) ....we take our time over communion... we give more time for praying with one another (if required)... and we have more time for fellowship.
We don't have a usual teaching time on Communion Sundays.
Small meal...HUGE meaning.
We gather at St Cedd's at 10.15am for refreshments - and begin our worship at 10.30am.

Good morning!
This morning (around the globe) it's considered Pentecost Sunday. That's true.
But then...so is tomorrow....and the day after that.
This morning @ King's we will be looking at the impact of pentecost - releasing the greatest weapon we have available....the Gospel activity of the early church. Go Philip!
It's penetcost - it's spiritual warfare - it's the church getting Gospel sharing.

Good morning!

This morning we will be looking at the importance of encouraging one another and building each other up in our faith...... It's what a church family does. We spur one another on for deeper and more fruitfullness in Jesus.

Next Thursday 21st May. 7.00pm-9.00pm @ St John's. An opportunity for Christians across the city to pray together for our city. Being together praying for our city demonstrates the difference that having the same faith and the same hope - can make in the city. In the midst of division, and even hatred....there is hope...in Jesus.

Good morning!
We have a visiting speaker this morning.
We welcome back Nathan Shane from Community Church Chafford Hundred. Nathan is part of the leadership at CCCH and has been with us before - a good friend of King's Church.
Truth matters....integrity matters. Nathan will be unpacking Hosea and the importance of both of these -in the light of the truth of the Gospel.
We will worship, pray and praise...together as a family.
After a break, the children will go to The Zone.
The rest of us will hear from Nathan.

Good morning!
It's easy to move swiftly on to the next event.
This morning we will be lingering still at the impact of the calvary and the empty tomb. How does it change everything? What are the implications?
This morning we are looking particularly at....spiritual warfare

We will worship, pray and praise...together as a family.
Unpacking this new dimension of living that Jesus made available through His death & resurrection.

We need to understanmd the spiritua;l context for our faith...it is NOT passive.
