St Nicholas Church Fleckney

07/10/2026

It has been great to spend today in Saint Nicholas Parish Church Fleckney with the children and staff of Fleckney CofE Primary School as they have celebrated the Harvest Festival.

We have been delighted by the overwhelming generosity that has been shown through the gifts of food that have been donated to The Well Foodbank.

Congratulations to Ben and Jess who were married this afternoon in a beautiful Service at Saint Nicholas, Fleckney. It was a very moving occasion for Father Philip as he had been privileged to baptise Ben in the font when Ben was an infant.

We pray for Fr. Johannes and our brothers and sisters following the devastating fire at their beautiful Parish Church of Saint Andrew, Jarrom Street.

We commend them all to the prayers of Mary, Mother of the Church and to Saint Joseph, the guardian of all God's people.
