We join our prayers with those of our Cathedral Church and all in our Diocese for our siblings in Christ at St. Andrew's, Jarrom Street.

We are deeply saddened to learn of the fire at St Andrew’s Church, Jarrom Street, overnight.

We are praying for Father Johannes Arens, all who serve and work at St Andrew’s, the congregation, and the wider community.

Please keep them all in your prayers as they come to terms with this incident and begin the process of recovery.

6pm Licensing service of Revd David Hover as Rector of our new Benefice, at St. Crispin's

Further to the announcement that our new Benefice joining us together with St Crispin's Church Braunstone Town with Thorpe Astley has completed, there will be a celebration service including the licensing of Revd David Hover as Rector at 6pm on Sunday 27th July. The service will take place at St Crispin's Church Braunstone Town with Thorpe Astley. All are most welcome to join us for this special, milestone occasion.

We had exciting news this week, when it was confirmed that the Pastoral Reorganisation to form our new Anglican Benefice with St Crispin's Church Braunstone Town with Thorpe Astley has completed with effect from 1st July 2026. This brings to an end a long process of journeying together, growing friendship and partnerships in mission, as well as completing various legal formalities. Revd David Hover is now officially Rector of the new benefice of Leicester Forest East and Braunstone Town with Thorpe Astley, and we hope to have a special joint service to celebrate all of this in the near future! Keep an eye on this page for details!

Meanwhile, we are back to our usual service time of 11am for Sunday Worship this weekend. All are most welcome to join us.
