Today, we had a powerful discussion on what it means to be an effective, God-called leader. We learned that true leadership starts with a sense of divine calling, just like Nehemiah, who was moved by what God had put in his heart.We explored key qualities of effective leaders, including:A clear vision, Integrity and humility, Servant-hearted leadership, Courage, wisdom, and perseverance.

We also shared practical ways to grow as leaders in our small units and daily lives. 🙏
