All welcome to our Trinity Sunday services.

So what is Trinity Sunday?
Well, it’s the only Christian celebration of a doctrine, rather than an event, when we consider the existence of God as three persons- the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. It’s also the beginning of a period in the church year, that is, rather boringly, known as ‘Ordinary Time’, and which fills in the long gap between Easter and Advent.
… So, from now on, in a way, we are counting down to Christmas! 🤣

Pentecost commemorates the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the first followers of Jesus- a spirit that we continue to try and keep alive and well.
Following our fabulous family service, last week, all are welcome to join us, this Sunday, as we celebrate what is sometimes called ‘The Birthday of the Church’.

🎪 Join us this weekend for a Circus-Themed Family Fun Day at Wesley Hall Methodist Church from 2pm-5pm!

Bring the family along for an afternoon packed with:
* Circus entertainers
* Circus skills and games
* Balloon modelling
* Arts & crafts
* Bouncy castle
* Music, dancing and prizes
* Refreshments

Perfect for children aged 4+ and their families.
