St George's is a lively city centre church in Leeds with three services every Sunday and a midweek programme that includes groups, courses and events. At St George’s, we have a vision to preach Jesus, make disciples, serve the city, and send out leaders. We believe there is a part for everyone to play, as we pray, serve and give.

Yesterday we celebrated James being licensed as Team Vicar of St Augustine’s, Wrangthorn 🎉

It was a special evening as we gathered to pray, worship and mark the beginning of this new chapter. We’re so grateful for James and excited to see all that God will do through him at St Augustine’s and the wider St George's ministry.

It was great to welcome so many people to Wrangthorn, St Augustine's with over 100 people and 2 dogs in attendance!

We start at 9:45am and Finish 11:15am
It's for Under 5s and their grown ups!
(if you haven't been before we would love to see you!)

We have free play, tea, coffee and toast, singing and story time as usual and we are looking forward to being together again!

After an appointment at the Leeds General Infirmary they heard worship music and wandered into the church where they felt welcomed and found a home.
