KMC Leeds regular Tuesday evening classes resume next Tuesday 08 September. This term also has a new addition to the programme - an other evening class at the HEART - Headingley Enterprise and Arts Centre on Monday evenings. This series will run in both locations and will provide a practical look at what real happiness is, where it comes from.

Both classes will be taught by Gen Kelsang Chรถ, Resident Teacher at KMC Leeds.

Tomorrow night, this Wednesday 02 September at KMC Leeds. Gen Kelsang Cho will be teaching the first of two six week course and how to begin and make progress with meditation. These instructions will be based on some oral teachings given by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, a fully accomplished meditation master, on this topic.
This course is the perfect starter kit for those interested in starting to meditate. Also suitable for experienced mediators who wish to improve their practice.

We all know that overthinking can be overwhelming and exhausting. The first step is recognising these unhelpful thought patterns and then exploring why we keep going around in mental circles. Learn one of the key skills we can use to quieten the mind in this evening talk.

This talk will be followed by a series of classes called 'A Practical Guide to Meditation & Inner Peace.' This series will run at KMC Leeds and in Headingley at the Heart Centre.
