As the Jews travelled through the desert, the Aron, the Holy Ark led the way and cleared the path of animals and obstacles which could potentially harm them.
And so it has been throughout our long and tumultuous history. Throughout our journeys, wherever in the world they took us, when we followed the Aron - the Torah, we have found physical and spiritual rest and protection.
May this merit bring us to our final journey, that will end all wandering, and we will live in peace with Moshiach in our Holy Land.

For many years, our Shabbat Dinner Packs have helped bring food, friendship and a little extra light to people across Leeds.
But the project has never just been about dinner.

It is about volunteers who give up their Friday mornings.
It is about checking in on somebody who lives alone.
It is about helping families through difficult times.
It is about making sure nobody feels forgotten before Shabbat.
And it is about the hundreds of meals our staff prepare every month.

That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new name:
