Psalm 27:4

One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to inquire in his temple.

Serving God is my desire & enquiring from Him is my strength.

Though l may not have some answers right now but l thank God for always bringing me to sit at His feet.

but those who trust in the LORD
will renew their strength;
they will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not become weary,
they will walk and not faint.

3 weeks ago we witnessed the beautiful traditional wedding of our young sister Dudu & her beloved Mr M. God is good all the time & we are forever grateful to God Almighty to grant us the opportunity to see this God ordained union.

Waiting on God to answer prayers can be daunting & sometimes it feels like a waste of time, but, today l encourage you to trust the process, you’re unique & your journey is unique, wait on God to direct your path. You will eventually have your expected end in due season.

But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

What You Can Do During Your Waiting Season

1. Serve others - you can make time and go out and help others where they need help.

2. Strengthen others - get courage to encourage, inspire and motivate others, stop focusing on the weight of your own issue/s.

3. Sacrifice something - assess yourself and see what you can let go that can benefit someone else. It’s not everything you’re holding onto that is worth keeping.

4. Sow into others - Consider giving others what you’re waiting for, eg, if you’re looking for capital to start a business, consider sowing into someone’s business cheerfully.

5. Seek wisdom - the waiting season can be painful but take the time to seek counsel and find godly wisdom from others who have walked a similar journey.

Whatever you might be going through in this festive period, l encourage you to be strong & keep looking up to Jesus, the reason for the season.

I’m reminded about how last year was for me, as tough as it was, l held on to God & surely He never let me & my family down. So, when l say stay strong, l know God is faithful and watching over you no matter what you can be going through.
