NO SERVICE AT ST PAUL’S THIS SUNDAY - TOMORROW

Well today is the day of service prep and football prep! Are you going to watch the match tonight?
Let’s hope and pray we have a good outcome! 🙏🏾
However you spend the rest of your night - save some energy for our services tomorrow!
There will not be a service at St Paul’s Church tomorrow. There will be services at St John’s Church that you are warmly invited to come to.
Bright and early there is an 8am Communion service at St John’s , followed by an online service at 9:15am on St John’s, Moor Allerton page and then followed by a Baptism Sunday service at 10:30am - where there will a fabulous Baptism service!!
Hope to see you at St John’s Church tomorrow at some point!!

Good afternoon 🌤️
How is your weekend going?
I am enjoying the mixture of light rain and sunshine right now.
Will you have time to join us for worship tomorrow?
There are two services at St Paul’s. We begin with a BCP Communion Service at 8am. It is a traditional service with traditional language.
It is followed by our main Morning Worship at 9:45am - with a mixture of worship, Bible readings, talk and prayers - followed by a chance to have a cuppa with friends old and new.
If you’ve not been before - come try us out! You will be greeted with a smile and find a warm welcome!
We hope to see you soon!
Next Sunday there will be no service at St Paul’s - but a joint service at St John’s - details will follow…

A joyful sunny celebratory day today - with more celebrations to come tomorrow!!
It was really lovely to be with Bex at her priesting today!!
I’m sure she will be looking forward to presiding at her first communion!!
Congratulations Bex!! 🙏🏾🥳👏🏾
We are also looking forward to Daisy’s Baptism tomorrow and welcoming all of her family and friends!!
I think I may be putting my feet up on Sunday afternoon!!
See you tomorrow at 9:45am if you can make it!! 🙂🥳

It’s been a long but lovely day at the Summer Fair at St John’s. I wonder what you have been up to? I hope the sunshine has brought you joy!
I hope you are able to join together for worship at St Paul’s tomorrow. It will be a lovely service.
I am looking forward to worshipping with you next week and - it will be extra special too because we have a Baptism!

I hope your worship and time together - before and after the service - is a blessing and and encouragement to you.

It was good to meet some new faces yesterday!

We were very pleased to welcome Rev. Sharon Ward Kaye to our Parish Council meeting on 9th June. Sharon is the new Team Vicar responsible for St Paul’s Church.
We look forward to working with Sharon to promote common interests and community cohesion in Shadwell.

Tomorrow is Trinity Sunday. Please join together for worship- either on Facebook Live at 9:15am (or any time afterwards) or at 10:30am in person at St John’s followed by a cuppa. It will be a joint service with St Paul’s, Shadwell too. Both services will be Communion Services.
