When I asked my mentor rabbi in LA about planning for the HHDs, she said t me; "Anna, get a sound bath for Yom Kippur- everyone in LA is having a sound bath this year" so, OK, I've booked a sound bath!

You will be taken on a journey with sound, across the globe. From the flow of the ocean, to the nurturing sound of the shamanic flute, to the jungle or tropical rain forest.

Booking ESSENTIAL - you can book just the sound bath, or for just a little bit more, you can have access to everything we're offering over the High Holydays.

Been spotting our Nefesh Leeds posts and curious but not come to something yet? Rosh HaShanah and Yom Kippur are the perfect time!

*Erev Rosh HaShanah & Kabbalat Shabbat, and meal together (Friday 11 Sept)

*Rosh HaShanah morning (Sat 12 Sept)

*Mikvah Night at the Turkish Baths (Thurs 17 Sept)

*Kol Nidre the night before YK (Sunday20 Sept)

*Yom Kippur including nature walk and deep relaxing meditative sound bath (Monday 21 Sept)

It's summer and the vibe is slower, and we're also looking ahead to September and our High Holy Day season.
