We are delighted to welcome our new Parish Priest, Canon Tim Wiley, who said his first Mass with us on the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Sunday 16th August. We wish him a long and happy time with us in the coming years.

On Sunday 9th August 2026 the parish of SS Peter and Paul, Yeadon, said farewell to Fr Ben Hilton, our temporary Parochial Administrator, who joined us after Easter, stepping into the breach created by his predecessor's departure.

Parishioners showed their appreciation for his time with us with applause at all three of the weekend Sunday Masses. He takes up his first appointment as Parish Priest at The Parish of Saint Maximilian Kolbe, with churches in Beeston and Holbeck. We thank him for his time with us, will remember him in our prayers and wish him every success in his future ministry in the Church.

On Sunday 26th July, Jude was inducted into the Guild of St Stephen by Fr Hilton at our 6.30pm Mass, at which he has served for over two years. Here he is with his parents, Gemma and Jamie, together with Fr Hilton, photographed after the Mass. Our warmest congratulations to him and his family.
