In January some of our staff team attended an event hosted and run by the Diocese’s Youth and Children’s work advisers for employed youth and children’s workers. It was a really valuable time for our Children’s worker Heather and Youth Minister Dan to talk with their vicar James about strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats to these two different ministries. It allowed space for the three of them to have some really helpful and positive conversations! Thank you Jo and Graeme for organising the event 😊

It’s been a busy week for our site manager Steve!

Earlier this week we had some new grilling put in over the windows at the front of church (all individually made to fit each window).

Today we had the tree at the front of church removed as it was coming to the end of its life and was splitting - it was also causing tarmac related problems. It looks very different without it but will allow lots more sunlight for us all to enjoy ☀️
