Day 2 of thanksgiving prayers:

Meditate on this verse

1 Thessalonians 5:18
In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

Notice, the verse says IN EVERYTHING give thanks! That means the good, the bad, and the ugly.
Giving thanks even in a bad situation means that despite what is happening, you recognise that God is still GOOD, FAITHFUL, JUST and WORTHY of PRAISE.
And it’s a clear demonstration of your faith that declares ‘I AM COMING OUT OF THIS’

So you’re not ‘endorsing’ the devil when you give thanks in EVERYTHING, you’re simply acknowledging God remains God whatever the season in your life.
Give Him thanks with full confidence today knowing that by so doing, your testimony shall be greater in Jesus Name!

Declare this:
Dear Father, I speak blessings in everything; I speak blessings over my family, my church, my community, my country and invoke your prosperity over my job, finances, health, and all that concerns me. I thank you for your grace, power and love that’s manifested in all areas of my life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

🙏🏽 YOUR PRAYER FOCUS FOR THIS WEEK

Whether you are in the bush or at home this week, remember the words I gave you.

DON’T ASK GOD FOR ANYTHING. DON’T PRAY FOR YOUR NEEDS. JUST PRAY TO THANK HIM. 🙌🏽

Thank God for the gift of life. Thank Him for keeping you alive, for giving you breath, for protecting you when you were asleep, for waking you up this morning, and for carrying you through everything you have faced.

Thank Him for the battles He fought for you without your knowledge, the dangers He kept you away from, and the blessings you sometimes take for granted.

Thank Him for your family, for your health, for the food you eat, for the roof over your head, and even for the things that did not go according to your plans.

This week, let your prayers be filled with gratitude, not requests. 🙏🏽

Sometimes, we become so focused on what we want God to do for us that we forget to thank Him for what He has already done.

BE GRATEFUL. BE THANKFUL. WORSHIP HIM FROM THE DEPTHS OF YOUR HEART.

You woke up today, and that alone is a reason to say, “THANK YOU, LORD!” ❤️🙌🏽

THIS WEEK, WE ARE NOT ASKING. WE ARE ONLY THANKING GOD FOR THE GIFT OF LIFE! 🙏🏽🔥

Just how serious is your relationship with God?

Is He merely a part of your life, or is He the very centre of your existence? Does your devotion end where your convenience is challenged?

The true depth of your relationship with God is not revealed by what you say ABOUT HIM, or consistent church attendance or servitude within the church but by what you are willing to surrender for Him. How far will you go for Him? How much are you willing to let go for Him? Who are you willing to lose for Him? How seriously immersed in the word do you want to get?

These are questions worth asking and and answers worth examining as we start concluding the Year of Strange Oil!
