It is with very heavy hearts that we announce that our beloved mother and Senior Pastor, Pastor Mrs Omotoyosi Abake Ilori, was called home to the heavenly realms on Sunday, 30th November 2025. Her transition was peaceful, and she was surrounded by family in her final moments.
Though our pain is deep, “we do not grieve as those who have no hope” (1 Thessalonians 4:13). Our confidence remains steadfast in the Lord, knowing that He has received her into His everlasting arms. We take comfort in the promise that “precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints” (Psalm 116:15). May her soul rest in perfect peace.
Our mother was a treasure to us, her family, and to all who had the blessing of knowing her, both near and far. She touched countless lives with her kindness, her strength, and her unshakeable faith. For every moment, every lesson, every sacrifice, we as a family are profoundly grateful. We thank God for the years He granted her, for through her life He showed us love in its purest form.
We will carry her memory with us for the rest of our lives her laughter, her wisdom, her prayers that covered us daily. Her love remains woven into everything we are. And as we journey forward, we do so with gratitude, trusting that God will heal our hearts and uphold us just as she always did.
In this moment of sorrow, we humbly request the grace of privacy as we gather together as a family to mourn, pray, and find strength in the Lord. We remain grateful for your compassion and your prayers, which continue to uphold us.
