"It's easy to be a pacifist when there is no war, but what do you do when there actually is war?" - Nityabandhu

A very powerful evening of Metta for Europe yesterday, hosted by Adhisthana and our Krakow sangha. Saddhajala and Nityabandhu spoke very movingly about friends in Poland and Ukraine, the difficult path to Metta, and their plans to open the Krakow Buddhist Centre to refugees needing overnight accommodation as they arrive in Poland. You can catch up on the recording here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F7Ct1xSHpJY
