St. Lawrence, Lechlade

'Church on the Move' is an event for families linked to St. Lawrence Church: 'Explore, play and learn about Jesus in nature'.
This week we looked at the story Jesus told of two builders- one built their house on rock, but the other built on sand. Can you guess what happened when the wind and rain came?!

We loved exploring in the churchyard and thinking about what it means to build our lives on the sure foundation of Jesus who loves us.

Great to see a good number at our Barn Service! Huge thank you to all those who made it possible, especially the Emmerson family, who let us use their lovely barn. 🐄🚜

We enjoyed singing God's praises with cows mooing along, hearing from God's Word in Psalm 110, and praying together to our Father in Heaven! 🎶🙏

Also wonderful to hear about what the Lord is doing in the lives of David and Lucy Ridal. We are so grateful that David has joined us as our new curate.👏

Great Day 1 of our Big Top Bible Holiday Club! The Scary Lions, Kit and Kat, were far too nice and gave out hugs and Kitkats! Our strongman, the Great Blondini, wasn't very strong at all and needs to do better. 🦁🏋️
We had yummy snacks, made cool crafts, enjoyed circus activities with 'Sportily' and heard the story of when Jesus met two sisters, Mary and Martha. 🎪🤹
