We love Leamington Spa in the UK, and we love being part of a fantastic church community that is really seeking to make a difference.

The church has a rich history upon which we are building for future generations. The church building, formerly known as St. Michael’s, was built around 1900 and was the chapel to a girl’s reformatory school. During the 1930s, many families in Leamington Spa were

becoming Christians, and so a Pentecostal movement bought the building, using it for regular church services.

The church, now called Life Community Church, became part of a network of Pentecostal churches called the AoG (Assemblies of God), which is made up of around 600 churches in Great Britain, and is the sixth largest denomination worldwide.

In 2012, there was a leadership transition and David and Leanne Bolton felt the call of God to lead the church and start an exciting journey of repurposing it. Their dream today, like those in the past, is to see many more families in Leamington Spa and across the globe, coming to faith in Jesus.

Today, we are a growing, life-giving church for all ages and backgrounds, and God is drawing people to us from all nationalities. LCC exists to help people grow in a relationship with Jesus Christ. Whether people arrive with no faith and are exploring Christianity for the first time, or have been Christians for many years, there is a place for everyone. We believe that Jesus came to give people LIFE and that is what this church is all about. Our vision is to be a thriving "Glocal" (global/ local) community of people who KNOW GOD, GROW TOGETHER and GO! MAKE A DIFFERENCE (or KNOW - GROW - GO!)

Our future is bright and full of purpose. We believe that as a church and in partnership with other people and organisations that we can make a difference. From helping people in our community who are trapped in poverty and homelessness, to reaching people on the mission field of India; we are playing our part to see our community changed. We hope you can join us as the adventure continues - ALL ARE WELCOME!

We're so looking forward to gathering tomorrow for Church at The Jubilee Centre (10 Berrington Road) to worship King Jesus and enjoy community together. We're delighted to welcome Ps. Jon Froggett who will be our guest speaker.
Doors open 10:00am and the service starts at 10:30am.

There will be some road closures tomorrow due to the "Tour of Britain 2026" Women's Cycle race which is taking place in Warwickshire and around Leamington, with the following roads affected:
* Newbold Terrace
* Euston Place
* Hamilton Terrace
* Newbold Street between Rosefield Street and Newbold Terrace
* Holly Walk between Hamilton Terrace and Brandon Parade
* Parade between Dormer Place and Spencer Street

CHURCH IS COMMUNITY
(1-3) On Sunday, some from LCC gathered at Newbold Comyn for a walk, followed by a picnic in the park. Others met at different venues. We encouraged one another, shared life and had good fun.

(4) On Thursday we gathered for our Encounter Night (with a difference!) at the Pump Room Gardens. We read scripture, shared testimonies, had a prayer walk and worshipped! A great way to stay cool on a warm night.

God is so good!

WALK & PICNIC IN THE PARK (SUNDAY 9TH AUGUST) - IMPORTANT UPDATE
There will be NO SUNDAY SERVICE THIS SUNDAY, 9TH AUGUST. Instead we will be having a walk, followed by a Picnic in the Park. This will be a fantastic opportunity to grow in community and to strengthen our relationships with each other over food, conversation and games. But don't worry we will be gathering to worship together for Encounter, which in August is happening on THURSDAY 13TH from 7:30-9:00pm at LCC Centre.

(THE DETAILS HAVE CHANGED PLEASE READ BELOW!)
1. THE WALK (10:30am): Those wishing to join in on a short walk, we will meet at the Newbold Comyn Cark Park (Newbold Terrace East, CV32 4EW), and finish there afterwards.

2. PICNIC IN THE PARK (12:30pm): We will be gathering at Newbold Comyn Car Park at 12:30pm (and then walking to the grass area nearby) Bring a picnic, and join us for a fun time of food and games together.

We would love to see you at either the walk AND/ OR the Picnic in the Park! If it rains, the picnic will take place in the LCC Centre, Charlotte Street at 12:30pm. Why not bring a friend?!
