Need somewhere cool to escape the heat??

Come and join us at St Chad's church for some relaxed afternoons of free refreshment, friendly conversation and a chance to unwind. There be plenty to do or simply sit in the welcoming cool and put your feet up a while.

Monday 20th July, Tuesday 21st and Wednesday 22nd. No need to book - just drop in.

Everyone welcome - all ages - we'd love to see you.

Well, will St Chad's sunflowers ever stop growing! 3 metres is now under threat.

A prayer -' but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.'

A heartfelt thank you to the Fete Team and everyone who came and supported the St Chad's Summer Fete. We are delighted to share that thanks to your hard work we have together raised over £1600 towards church fundraising, our parish share and further charitable work ongoing this year. A wonderful day and a great community occasion. Thank you for helping make a difference! 🙏💙🌻

Well, from a gifted packet of Sunflower seeds have come stalks over 1.5 metres so far. Heads pointing to the Son🌻 arriving soon. Lets watch it grow, and keep walk forward together! Tomorrow we're talking about how our faith hopes and stretches towards the light.

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who has donated, shared, supported and prayed for the Vicar whilst training. He starts at the (original) St Chad's, Lichfield and hopefully limps into Tamworth Castle sometime later. After smashing the original fundraising target we are aiming now for £1000. All towards our village church heating and lighting for widened use of our church building. It's not too late to support by making a donation at the JustGiving site below. Every drop and prayer helps. 💦🙏
