Youth ministry takes time because youth ministry is relational.

Trust doesn’t develop overnight. It grows as we show up, listen, share life and keep walking alongside young people.

And as that trust grows, there are opportunities for deeper conversations — about life, faith, the questions they’re carrying and Jesus.

Sometimes the most important thing a youth leader can do is simply keep showing up.

Faithful presence matters.

A new term is beginning, but the reason Thrive exists remains the same.

Our vision is to help every church in Warwickshire and Coventry become a place where children and young people can encounter Jesus, grow as disciples and become leaders who transform the world.

That’s what we’re working towards this term — and every term.
