Beautiful remembrance display in St Clether Church open daily 10am to 4 pm.

Remembrance Service was held at St Clether Church yesterday on 11th November 2025. about 15 people attended the service which was taken by Rev Tina Parry, Mr C Horlicks read the lesson, and Mrs M Parnell laid the wreath. The Church has been decorated by a lovely display of hand knitted poppies, knitted by the knit and natter group, which meet every Tuesday in the church room 1.30pm to 3.30pm. Red Poppies represent remembrance and hope, Purple Poppies to recognise animals that were also victims and the White Poppies as a symbol of peace.

Monday 6th October,
St Clether Church Harvest Festival Service at 6pm in the Church. This will be the first service that our new vicar will be conducting, so come along and meet Rev, Tina Parry. The service will be
followed by the Harvest Supper in the Church room price is £5, adults and £2.50 children, after all have had a tasty filling supper, then we will auction off the Harvest Produce.
So come along and join in this Harvest Festival. Tomorrow night. All very welcome no need to book. Please note this is a cash only event.
