Today’s whole church Messy Ignite service was about using our hands.
‘What is in your hand?’
-We made paper towers- who could make the tallest?
-Used our hands to be creative, guessed the number of bread pieces ( 5 loaves & 2 fishes) estimated the quantity of oil.
- We also planted sunflower seeds.

On Sunday we looked at the Lord’s Prayer.
We made daffodils using printed copies of the prayer. Every time we look at the flowers we can remember the prayer.

As spring is arriving and more daffodils are blooming we can all remember the Lords Prayer as we pass them by.

The children had a great time yesterday making pancakes and learning about lent.

When learning about Lent the children used traffic lights demonstrating
🔴something they are going to give up
🟠something they are going to try and improve
🟢something they are going to start doing.

Thomas has chosen some very good challenges for Lent!

As we work towards Lent next week. On Sunday Helen and Richard will be making pancakes at Sunday School.
