Gardenmore Presbyterian Girls' Brigade Friendship, fun and finding out about God 35th NI Gardenmore Presbyterian.

We meet every Thursday night, during September - April, with different sections for girls aged 3-18. During the year we do craft, cookery, PE and scripture but mainly we have some good craic getting to know each other and more about God. The sections meet at different times
Explorers - 6-7.10pm for ages 3-8
Company - 7.30 - 9.00pm for ages 9-18

A pair of glasses were found in the hall after last night. They have been left on the table in the entrance of the halls.

Youth club is meeting tonight so the halls will be open to go and pick them up if they are yours.

This year at GB the juniors are learning about how they can help others. We decided to fill a shoe box for the Blytheswood shoe box appeal, a present that would go to a little girl in a country in need this Christmas.

Thanks to your generosity we were able to donate three very full boxes to the Blytheswood shoe box appeal on Sunday! Three little girls will receive these as a Christmas present this year. 🎅

It is a non uniform night this week.
Explorers and Juniors wearing casual clothes
Brigaders can wear formal wear for their party. Any brigaders helping with the explorers can bring a change of clothes.

Big thank you to all of our wonderful girls for taking part tonight, you did a fab job and we are so proud! Also a big thanks to the parents who came to show support and got involved.

GB will be meeting for the last time this year next week , we had a couple of items left in the hall tonight so please remember to get them next Thursday. 😊💜

They are to wear Full Uniform – Red Jumper, Tunic, Red Tights/White Knee Socks, Black shoes – long hair should be tied back with red ribbon/elastic.

Company
They are to wear Full Uniform – Juniors (P5 – P7) – White Shirt, Navy Jumper, Tunic, White Knee Socks, Black shoes and Armband. Long hair tied back with navy ribbon/eleastic

For Seniors and Brigaders (Secondary School Age) – White Shirt, Navy Jumper, Navy Skirt, Black Tights, Black shoes and Armband
Long hair should be tied back with navy ribbon/elastic for all Company Section.
