Today, we celebrated 15 years since Family Church Waterside was founded! 🎉

We are so thankful to God for everything He has done the last 15 years, we look back with thankfulness but also look ahead with joy and excitement for what God is going to do next!

We had a brilliant morning with a visit from our Senior Pastors, with Ps Steu preaching a great message. Then we had some delicious food after the service and spent time together celebrating this amazing milestone! 🎊

On Sunday, we had our first event at Empower Centre Waterside, our Christmas Carol Service! It was a great opportunity for our congregation and the community to see our new building having now undergone renovations and decorated for Christmas. 🎄 Also, to spend time focusing on the reason for the season, which is, of course, the birth of Jesus! ✝️

Last Sunday, we had such an awesome Sunday Service!

First, we had the privilege of hearing from those preparing for baptism as they publicly declared their desire to lay down their old lives and walk in new life with Jesus. It was so powerful to witness their commitment!

We also heard some amazing testimonies from our youth about their time at summer camp. God moved in such a powerful way, and we’re so thankful for the transformation He brought about in their hearts and lives over those five days.

After the service, we headed to Lepe Beach to celebrate as five members of our church family were baptised. It was an incredibly encouraging moment, and we rejoice with each of them in this significant step of faith!
