གསེར་གྱི་ཉི་མ་ཀླད་ནས་ཤར། །
དུང་གི་ཟླ་བ་ཐད་ནས་ཚེས། །
ཉི་ཟླ་ལྷན་ཅིག་འཛོམས་པ་ཡིས། །
གླིང་བཞིའི་མུན་པ་མཐའ་ནས་སེལ། །
ཉེ་ཆར་༧དཔལ་༧རྒྱལ་དབང་ཀརྨ་པ་སྐུ་ཕྲེང་བཅུ་བདུན་པ་ཆེན་པོ་མཆོག་དང་། བྱམས་མགོན་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་༧ཀྭན་ཏིང་ཏཱའི་སི་ཏུ་པ་རྣམ་གཉིས་དགྱེས་ཞལ་ལྷན་འཛོམས་བྱུང་སྐབས་བསྒྲོན་པའི་སྐུ་པར་མཐོང་གྲོལ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དང་། ཉིན་དང་པོའི་མཇལ་འཕྲད་གྲུབ་མ་ཐག་རྒྱལ་དབང་མཆོག་ནས་ཐོལ་བྱུང་དུ་ལྗགས་རྩོམ་མཛད་པའི་ཤིས་ཚིག་བཅས་བཞུགས་པ་དགེའོ། །
The golden sun shines from above;
The conch-like moon rises ahead.
Their light combined completely dispels
The darkness of the human world.
Recent photographs of the Seventeenth Gyalwang Karmapa and Chamgön Vajradhara Kenting Tai Situpa, accompanied by an auspicious verse written spontaneously by the Gyalwang Karmapa immediately after they met on the first day.

To all my Dharma friends around the world,

I send you all my very best wishes for this coming year and hope it will be a wonderful year for you.

I pray that 2026 will bring you happiness, fulfilment and joy.

Most important of all, we should always remember to practice loving kindness, compassion and forgiveness.

I send you this message of joy and hope from the mountain top temple in Kagyu Samye Dzong Johannesburg. The warm weather here suits me very well and I am much more healthy than before.
