We are saddened to learn of the passing of Anita Harrison. A true community champion, who served the people of North Carr (and particularly N Bransholme) with commitment, passion and unwavering dedication. She encouraged and welcomed the work of so many organisations, including ourselves. May she rest in peace. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family, friends and colleagues.

ANNOUNCEMENT - ANITA HARRISON

It is with immense sadness we report the sad death last Friday lunchtime of our much loved brilliant friend and comrade Anita Harrison. Anita had been in hospital after being taken ill a week ago. A brilliant public servant, she passionately cared about the people of Hull, particularly her beloved Bransholme. We are shocked and the world today seems a more empty place without our Anita, a giant of our movement. Our love and thoughts are with her family, and details of her civic funeral will follow from the family in due course.

Free Half-Term Activity for kids!

The Pop Up Library is hosting a Craft Session for children on Thursday 19 February between 3:15pm & 4:15pm in our building. You can book your child in by popping in to our Charity Shop and signing them up. Please note children must be accompanied by an adult.
