Inside Out Rehab Inside Out is a Christian drug and alcohol rehab that was birthed in the U.K in 2010. We currently operate in both Portsmouth and Hull.

Inside Out is a Christian drug and alcohol Rehab that was birthed in 2010 by Luke Selway. Having suffered from an addiction to Crack Cocaine, Luke wanted to help others to be rid of the tyranny of addiction. As he shared his vision, it wasn’t long before a group of likeminded people from a local church in Portsmouth (Family Church) got together to form the beginning of Inside Out. Inside Out opera

tes in a number of ways. including a 12 step Christian course called “The Recovery Course”, written by Nigel Skelsey of Holy Trinity Brompton Church. We have a team of volunteer mentors (all of whom have completed “The Recovery Course” prior to becoming a mentor). Inside Out has the facilities to house people who are in our care, whilst also working “off campus” with clients who already have a safe place to live. We look to grow at every opportunity so that we can continue to help as many people as possible at no cost to the client.

The Recovery Course

We all carry things - habits, hurts, and hidden battles - that can hold us back from the life God has for us.
The Recovery Course is a 15-week, Christ-centred journey for those seeking freedom from addiction, destructive behaviours, or deep emotional struggles.

A safe and welcoming space to be honest, hear stories of transformation, and walk together through biblical steps toward healing.

🕖 Time: 7:00pm – 9:00pm (doors open 6:30pm)
📍 Venue: Empower Centre Gosport , 2a Layton Road, Bridgemary, Gosport, PO13 0JQ
☕ Refreshments provided | Age 18+

This one-day course is for anyone seeking a deeper understanding and awareness of drug and/or alcohol addiction. It aims to help you comprehend the situations and struggles individuals in addiction have faced and continue to endure, as they grapple with finding a way out.
