WALKING 350 MILES IN MAY
Day 26. 336.3 miles walked so far and a massive £1,219.19 + Gift Aid £1,488.47 raised so far. I will keep walking until 31st May so please continue to support if you are able.
Today on my walk I had a lovely conversation with a guy about been a Christian. Was worth the 16 miles.

Angie Meadley, who attends Sutton Methodist Church in Hull, has pledged to walk five miles a day in May – but overall aims to cover a staggering 350 miles.

We have a new exhibition at the museum that has been loaned to us by Hull History Centre following an agreement between ourselves and the History Centre to share information , artefacts etc.
This new exhibition features a holocaust related subject and is based on the life of a Hull woman born in 1896 named Clare Walsh. She joined the Daughters of Charity and became Sister Agnes Walsh.
Finding herself in wartime France she hid and educated Jewish children and the exhibition tells her story. Its a fascinating exhibition and will be on for the next few weeks.
