St Nicholas Church

St Nicholas Church The historic church of St Nicholas in the heart of the Buckinghamshire parish of Kingsey.

Kingsey is a small village, two miles from Haddenham, currently made up of about 50 houses. There are records of a village here since the twelfth Century, and of a Church on the site of our present Church since the thirteenth Century. Our largest annual community event is our Village Fete, and some of the proceeds are donated to Kingsey Church.

Wychert Vale Benefice Services for 17th and 24th May 2026

SS Peter & Paul, Dinton – Ascension Day, 14th May, 7pm – All welcome to this benefice Holy Communion service.

St John the Baptist invite everyone to join them in marking Thy Kingdom Come, the global prayer movement that runs from Ascension Day to Pentecost Sunday. They will be meeting in SJB Stone for half an hour of prayer at 7pm each evening from Friday 15th May to Saturday 23rd May. All welcome.

Choral Celebration for Candlemas, Sunday 8th February 2026 at 6pm. All welcome to this traditional Book of Common Prayer service with a choir leading hymns and music in the wonderful medieval church of SS Peter & Paul Dinton

Sunday 15th February – All warmly invited to Cassa’s leaving do at St Mary’s School from 12 to 3pm. You are welcome to pop in any time for drinks and nibbles and there will be a short presentation at 2pm.
