Week of Prayer and Praise 🙏🏼

September 6th - 13th.

All across next week we will have opportunities to worship, engage with the Word and encounter God afresh.

We’d love to spend time with you in prayer and praise.

The theme this year is RELEASE.

It’s a time for us to consider the things holding us back, so that we can release them— in order that God can release a fresh move of the spirit. More details to come.

We will finish the week with our Vision Sunday & Baptism service. 🙌

Join us for a special Sunday service at 10:30am.

We’re excited to welcome guest speaker Gavin Calver, CEO of the Evangelical Alliance. He has a passion to see the church working together to share the Gospel throughout the UK. Formerly the leader of Youth for Christ and chair of Spring Harvest, he’s an ordained evangelist, a regular public speaker and had authored seven books.

🎉 Today we celebrate Jonny Richmond’s first official day as our full-time Pastor 🙌

After three years of faithful training and a unanimous vote in May 2025, Jonny has accepted the call to lead Kingsbridge Family Church as our Pastor.

We are so thankful for Jonny and Heather’s leadership, their three children and our brilliant leadership team Phil, Nicki and Julie.

‘’Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.’’ Ephesians 3:20-21

Sunday Brunch 🙌

Thank you to everyone who came and to everyone who helped serve in some way.

It was wonderful to give back to our community and offer a delicious, free breakfast to our church family.

What a privilege it was to hear Gladys share her testimony as well, alongside Coral, one of our members who started the charity Friends Reaching Out with her husband. ❤️

Gladys grew up first in a mud hut and then in an orphanage during civil war in Uganda, where she received sponsorship and lifelong support through the charity.

Today, she is one of the most prominent judges in Uganda and her brother is doing a PhD in biology— a truly incredible testimony of God’s faithfulness.

It was deeply moving to hear Gladys speak about all that God has done in her life, in the lives of the other children, and through this incredible mission. Her thankfulness and story is a beautiful reminder of how generosity and acts of kindness have a lifelong impact.
