Kilmarnock Salvation Army Kilmarnock Salvation Army is a warm, friendly and inclusive Community Church in Kilmarnock in West Scotland. Our meeting on Sundays is at 10.45am.

Kilmarnock Salvation Army Corps is part of the worldwide Salvation Army, a mainstream Christian Church present in over 100 countries and which has a distinctive image and style of worship. Our services are held in a relaxed atmosphere, with communal singing and contributions from our brass band and singing groups, and also, of course, an emphasis on prayer and Christian teaching. - Home League, Mon at 2pm
- Bible Study Group, Thurs 1pm
- Community Drop-in and Foodbank, Thurs 11am-12.30pm
- Charity Shop in Bellfield
- Pioneers Group, Sat 10.30am

A big thank you is due to all those who helped (whether voluntarily or otherwise!) sorting out our new chairs today (a relatively mild 23C here). A big thank you also to Carol Walsh, a much loved and missed soldier of the Corps who left us the money in her will to pay for them.

Kilmarnock Rotary Club Food Parcel
I was delighted to hand over our recent food parcel on behalf of the Rotary Club of Kilmarnock to Emma Heal of the Kilmarnock Salvation Army.

Our two star athletes (Sarah and Emma) are raring to go! Come along and support them at Kilmarnock’s ‘Roon the Toon’ race. We will be in Kings street/ the Cross from 10.00am.

On Sunday 7th June it’s Roon the Toon 10K through the streets of Kilmarnock. There will be no meeting in the hall but we are meeting at 10am at the cross to sing and play and encourage the runners. Everyone is welcome to join us. (Look out for Emma and Sarah running past!)

Well done to all who braved the weather this morning for our Kilmarnock and District Fellowship of Churches walk of witness. After a walk around the town centre, finishing at the cross we were privileged to take part in the vigil at New Laigh Kirk.
