Girls Brigade is starting back and we can’t wait to see the girls for another fun filled year!

Monday 7th September is our Registration Night and parents or guardians can call in anytime between 6.30pm and 8pm to fill in parental consent forms, pay annual fees, return or order uniform, ask questions and have a quick cup of tea. There will be colouring pages for the girls and hot dogs for everyone!

For anyone new to the world of GB we are also going to explain a little bit about GB, how the programme runs and some of the activities we will be running this year.

Company nights start Monday 14th September.

*CONSENT FORMS*

We will be in the Cooke Hall (Plantation Street) from 7.30pm-8.30pm on Tuesday evening (18th and 25th August) if parents would like to call and collect or fill in consent forms for our upcoming trip to the farm 😊.

If your daughter would like to go please let an officer know so we have their name on our list!

Looking forward to seeing the girls on 30th August!

Killyleagh GB are off to the Ark Farm in Newtownards on Sunday 30th August 2026, 2pm - 4pm. The trip is open to girls in all sections from Tinies right through to Brigaders.

Please PM myself or any of the officers to confirm who wants to go.

Space permitting (we hope to travel by bus) parents and accompanied siblings will be most welcome. There will however be a cost of £5 per person who is not currently a registered member of the company.

Well done to our seven amazing girls, who all smashed their Expeditions last weekend. We are so proud of you!

Lily, Aoife and Evie all completed their Bronze Expedition 🧡🙌

Bea, Jorja, Ruby and Lily all completed their Silver Expedition 🤍🙌

All our girls showed great determination and resilience and worked with others in their team to complete their expeditions.

They might not have enjoyed it all but hopefully they will look back in years to come with fond memories!
