This weekend we are beginning a parish wide sermon series on Romans 5-8 that will go for the next six weeks or so. Through it we will explore the impact of God's grace and how Jesus changes everything as we accept his grace!

If you don't know the book of Romans, or if you want to understand it better then why not sit down with a cuppa and have a watch of this from the Bible Project (and part 2).

Keynsham Concerts are a not-for-profit group aiming to bring arts to the local community. As part of Keynsham Music Festival, they are holding an exciting piano recital at St John's on Saturday 4th July, 7.30pm. On the programme - Rachmaninoff's 'Prelude in G minor', Gershwin's 'Rhapsody in Blue', and music from 'Lord of the Rings', 'Pirates of the Caribbean' and more!

Keynsham Music Festival are back at St John's on Friday 3rd July with an exciting concert featuring Keynsham Good Afternoon Choir, South Gloucestershire Good Afternoon Choir and Music Man Project. These groups are amazing! Please come and enjoy an evening of entertainment, supporting a fantastic local festival.

We're looking forward to welcoming Keynsham Concerts back to St John's for another wonderful piano recital.

The lunchtime concert with Allan Schiller will take place on Thursday 2nd July at 1pm.

This is the first in a series of concerts over the first few days in July. Look out for forthcoming posts.

It's National Volunteers Week. We are blessed by a wealth of volunteers here at St John's lending their time, skills and passion to help run the office, arrange flowers, run a weekly toddler group, provide pastoral lunches to the senior members of our community, arrange community events and support various projects within the church, among many other things too numerous to list. Below is a snapshot of a few faces who regularly support the staff team and help keep things running. We are very thankful for all who give time at St John's - we certainly couldn't survive without them.
