Vacancy: House for Duty Associate Priest

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Benefice of Natland, Crosscrake, Old Hutton and New Hutton as a House for Duty Associate Priest, with a particular focus on families and intergenerational ministry.

We are looking for a warm, collaborative and prayerful priest who is passionate about helping children, families and people of all ages grow in faith together.

The role is two days per week plus Sundays and includes a four-bedroom vicarage in a beautiful rural setting.

🌿 Churchyard Boon Day – This Saturday (tomorrow!) 🌿

Please come along and lend a hand at our annual Churchyard Boon Day this Saturday 4th July from 10:30am.

Howard and Sheila Nelson have once again kindly agreed to organise our annual churchyard tidy-up. Whether you can bring a strimmer, rake, or just a willingness to help, every pair of hands makes a difference. The more people who come along, the quicker the work gets done!

If it's easier, you're very welcome to do some strimming earlier in the week too.

As always, Sheila will be keeping everyone going with some delicious refreshments, so it's not just a chance to care for our beautiful churchyard but also a lovely opportunity to catch up with friends and enjoy a good chat.

It's today! We'll have games for children and delicious tea and cakes for all to enjoy 💕

☕🍓 Cream Tea at Crosscrake Community Hub 🍰

Join us this Sunday, 28th June, from 2–4pm for a relaxing afternoon of homemade scones with jam and cream, delicious cakes, tea, coffee and good company.

There will also be outdoor activities for children (weather permitting), making it a lovely afternoon for all ages.
