Join Sanghasīha and Kavyamani from the London Buddhist Centre for a day exploring our relationship with the natural world through the lens of our Dharma practice.

Come along and join us for Meditation by the Sea, offering a chance to meditate whilst sitting on the beach in Felixstowe. Providing us with a chance to sit, listen, and meditate to the sounds of the sea and other sense experiences that come along.
The afternoon will involve two guided meditations by an experienced Order Member. It is designed to be approachable for all, from complete beginners to seasoned meditators. No matter your experience, please do come along to enjoy this outside space.

Meditation on the Cornhill, Ipswich

At a time of concern over growing conflict across the world how can we counter this?

Experienced meditation leaders from the Ipswich Buddhist Centre want to create an opportunity for people of all faiths, nationalities and heritage to join in our meditation experience, to join together to cultivate and radiate a sense of peace, compassion, and friendship.

Starting at 2pm and then at half-hourly intervals until 4pm, participants will be led in a short loving-kindness meditation bringing benefit to themselves and people all across the world.

Participation is open to all and free of charge.
