Guest Speaker — Zach Walters

We’re delighted to welcome Zach Walters to Fields Church on Sunday, August 23rd.

Zach serves as the Youth Pastor at Hillsong Southern Suburbs in Cape Town, alongside his wife, Tecara. In just a few short years, they have seen the youth ministry grow significantly with hundreds of young people attending their weekly youth services.

Zach has a particular passion for reaching young people beyond the walls of the church, with extensive experience leading ministry in schools through Bible studies, Alpha courses and other initiatives that help young people encounter Jesus and explore the Christian faith.

He is also an excellent and respected communicator, regularly preaching at youth camps, conferences and church services across Africa, Australia and Europe.

We’re excited to have Zach with us and believe he has a timely word to bring to Fields Church.

We're delighted to be welcoming Dr. Y'etsha Bennett-Grant as our guest speaker.

Y'etsha is a gifted preacher, passionate worshipper, disciple maker and educational psychologist. She carries a deep love for Jesus and His Church, and we're expectant for all that God is going to do through her ministry this Sunday.

Today, we gathered for the commissioning service of our new pastor and his family as they prepare to step into this new season with us. It was a special time of prayer, encouragement, and looking ahead with excitement to all that God has in store.
