Suffolk’s Armed Forces Day will be taking place on Saturday 27 June 2026 at the Kings Meadow Recreation Ground, Stowmarket, IP14 1PR from 11:00am–3:00pm. A free family friendly day with ceremonial elements and community activities.

The event will have a wide range of organisations and representatives from the armed forces community, including serving personnel, demonstrations from local cadet forces as well as armed forces charities SSAFA, Royal British Legion, RAF Benevolent Fund, Army Benevolent Fund, Walking With The Wounded, and Help for Heroes.

Week 5 🦊 Foxyard Pride 🏳️‍🌈

We're heading back to Stowmarket for an afternoon and evening of Pride celebrations at The Old Fox Yard!

Join us for a relaxed mini Pride gathering bringing together local independent businesses, live music, great food, and community spirit in the heart of Stowmarket.

Fred's Bar & Vinyl will be providing the soundtrack to the day with great tunes, vinyl vibes, and drinks flowing throughout the afternoon and evening.
