The summer holidays may be over but here at St Peter's the fun never stops 😁
You are invited to join us next Friday for some Messy Church fun as we explore faith and who Jesus is through a wide variety of play, craft, stories and so much more.
Whether it's your 1st time or your 51st time, you are welcome and there is a place for you within our church family ❤️
We pray our families have had an amazing summer and a great start back to nursery, school and work 🙏
We can't wait to see you and catch up over some messy fun and share a meal together 😁

We donated some craft supplies to the Summer Holiday Club at St Peter's Stoke Park
I popped in with some CBeebies Parenting activity packs to see what the children had been up to!

The church space had been transformed into a jungle themed adventure, with animal mask making, sensory play, and den building in the cool and shaded part of the church garden
The children were having a fantastic time and they also went on safari, bug hunting and exploring in our beautiful Bourne Park

Last year our store was able to support St Peter's with a £20,000 grant from the Asda Foundation
The money was used to replace the church windows so it is always a pleasure to visit, and to see how the many activities and services they provide are supporting our local community

We learnt about the lost sheep, decorated sheep cakes, made some snakes. We lost a leader dressed as a zebra in the woods, so we had to find her . Made mini dens and lion faces made of leaves. We dropped eggs from a great height, made potions and had a lot of fun.

More fun today as we learnt how Jesus calmed the storm, we made storm sensory bottles, jungles shakes, fruit lions faces and went to the park. We love Summer holiday club.
