04/06/2026

This summer, you’ll find us gathering in our marquee on the field each Sunday! ☀️

As we worship, connect, and share life together in this special space, we’re also continuing our journey towards a permanent building that will serve our community.

Whether you’ve been part of the journey from the beginning or are simply curious to find out more, we’d love for you to join us. We’ll be at our field next to Tesco, Dores Rd from Sunday 14th June 🤍

Now is the time for Church of Scotland members to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with a world that's ready to hear it, the General Assembly has heard.

They have been urged to deepen their relationship with Him through Scripture, prayer and discipleship – and rebuild His church.

A report presented to the General Assembly said that even in a time of disappointment, lament and frustration at a decline in membership of more than one million since the 1950s, its people have a "profound calling to proclaim and serve the Gospel".

They can live in the hope that fruitful opportunities to fulfil this calling are abundant and will continue to arise as there is a new curiosity about Jesus emerging in Scotland.

Prepared by the Theological Forum and the Faith Action Programme Leadership Team (FAPLT), it says there are now "whole generations who have not heard the Gospel, and who are respectful of spiritual ideas and receptive to fresh insights".

The news comes as new figures show there were 3,292 professions of faith in the Church of Scotland between 2021-2025, with 820 in 2025.

We had a fun time meeting families in Ness Castle on our Nativity Trail on Sunday afternoon. Rain dried up in time; kids found the characters from the Christmas story (it does include rapping wise women, right?); prizes were won; tea and coffee and chat was shared. Don't think people driving by expected to see the Angel Gabriel on the hill top that day...
