10AM | MORNING SERVICE AT PETTY
We’re continuing our series through Romans, coming to Romans 1 v18-32 and asking:
What happens when we push God away?

It’s one of the Bible’s most challenging passages - confronting some big questions about God, ourselves, our desires, and what happens when we try to make sense of life without our Creator. But it also points us towards the hope and grace we desperately need.

There’s a crèche for ages 0-2, Sunday Club for ages 3-10, and a comfortable space upstairs for parents & babies, and everyone is very welcome.

5PM | PRAISE NIGHT AT PETTY
There’s no Ardersier service tomorrow. Instead, we’re gathering back at Petty for a special Evening of Praise - with a fuller band, plenty of singing together, and a chance to learn some new songs that we hope to introduce into our Sunday worship.

Whether you’re regularly with us, haven’t been for a while, or have never been to church before, you’d be very welcome at either service.

Tomorrow is our special post Holiday Club church service - 10am at the church - where the children will come and help us sing one of the songs, and after the service we have tables of puddings/desserts galore! (No nuts)

Our passage is Exodus 33-34: “What if you got everything except God?”

And then in the evening at 5pm at the Ardersier War Memorial Hall, we have a special meal after the service - pulled pork rolls! (With vegetarian options too!)

Our passage in the evening is James 4 v1-10: “Why do we keep fighting the people we love?”

Come and eat!

We’re past the half way point of TCC holiday club 2026! It’s been a great time, with children learning all about God’s big rescue through the Exodus story of Moses and the story of Jesus. We’ve had help from an amazing team from First Presbyterian Church in Macon, Georgia, USA!

On Monday our annual Holiday Club kicks off! Please be praying for the week as 50 children are currently signed up and ready to go - with space for a few more if everything works out!

What if Christianity Is More Than A Checklist Of Rules?
Exodus 19–20

Many people think Christianity is about trying harder, being good enough, and keeping the rules. But what if the Bible tells a very different story? We'll be looking at one of the most famous passages in the Bible - the Ten Commandments - and discovering how God's rescue comes before His commands, and how His laws are designed for freedom, joy, and flourishing.

IT’S ALSO OUR END OF YEAR PRIZEGIVING FOR ALL THE CHILDREN THAT COME TO CHURCH!

James 2:14–26

What difference should faith in Jesus actually make to everyday life? James asks a searching question: if nobody knew what you believed, would they be able to tell from the way you live? A challenging and encouraging look at the relationship between faith and action.

Any child in P1–P7 is invited (including some spaces for children starting P1 this August)!

Join us for a fun-filled week at our Holiday Club, themed ROCKY ROAD – exploring the story of Moses and the Exodus, and discovering what it tells us about Jesus and his Rescue. Expect games, crafts, songs, Bible stories, snacks, and an epic Egyptian-themed church setting!

This morning we had the wonderful joy of baptising Joe Ross and his son Conor. It has been amazing seeing the transformation in Joe’s life over the last year, including his wedding to Sarah a few weeks ago, and we celebrate his profession of faith and the gift of this sign of God’s promises for him and his son in the baptism today!

Since we launched as a church in 2023 we have had 14 professions of faith (including 7 adults baptised), and we praise the Lord for how he is at work!
