Baptisms// what an incredible afternoon celebrating both Alan & Barbara’s baptism at Hele beach. God is good. Let’s continue to pray for both Alan and Barbara that as they continue to step out in faith that God will guide and protect them. &jimschurch

Timeywimey// So after a few people had noticed that the church clock was running slow a few of us went up the bell tower to sort it out. Here are a few unknown facts about the job of clock changer - 1/ It’s a volunteer roll. You can only do it until you are 80. Tonight we had to train another person up as Dave turns 80 this year. 2/ The clock is changed and runs perfectly on time but starts running out of time over time. Not sure I could say time anymore!!! 3/ The stairs are really steep and there is a lot of stairs. We need to attach a rope (which we have) to the side to make it safer. This costs money. 5/we change the time within a minute. However we cannot change seconds. 6/You missed reading number 4. We hope you enjoy a little look at the mechanism and a cheeky look out onto the roof. &jims

Awaken North Devon// What an incredible weekend we had. Starting off on Thursday with a ladies dinner in a beautiful setting and powerful words brought. Friday it was time for the youth to go wild with LZ7. Next we had the theatre evening at the landmark and finally to round it all off a joint service on Sunday. We are sure that lives have been touched and changed. God is good. If you gave your life to Jesus at one of these events. Please reach out to one of our local churches and connect. Such a great couple of days at the Academy, incredible live music and powerful stories shared of young people whose lives have changed as they have found the love of the Saviour, Jesus Christ. LZ7 and Saintz are such special people and have given decades of their lives tirelessly serving young people, up and down the country.

Let’s be praying for the appointment process of the new Team Rector at Holy Trinity and St Peter’s and for our dear friends, the Archdeacon and the Bishop as they discern who God might be calling to serve in this key leadership role in Ilfracombe and Bittadon and the Mission Community. 🙏🏻
