Part of the United Benefice of The Ramseys and Upwood, we are three parishes: Ramsey, Ramsey St Mary's and Upwood. We are a benefice (group) of 3 churches covering the town of Ramsey and villages: Ramsey St. Mary’s, Ramsey Heights, Ramsey Forty-Foot, Ramsey Mereside, Upwood, Little Raveley and Great Raveley. The benefice is served by Iain our Rector, and a number of licensed and authorised lay ministers.

Hi everyone! 👋

We're very excited to be welcoming Sam back to Coffee Morning tomorrow (17 June from 10am - 12pm at Upwood Village Hall), for some Summer Fun and Musical Storytelling! ☀️🎶

There will be the usual tea, coffee, cakes, chat, toys and play for little ones, colouring, and friends! ☕️🍰🤸

Everyone's welcome, and we only charge a small amount to cover our costs - just £2 for teas and £3 for coffees. The cake's on us!

We're looking forward to welcoming you. 🫶

Jesus the Good Shepherd: this coming Sunday, 24 May at 3pm, Fen Church returns to Upwood! Please meet outside Upwood Church ready for a short walk to meet the sheep. Activities to help us wonder at how Jesus is also our shepherd.

Tomorrow we celebrate the feast of the Ascension, marking the day Jesus ascended to the Father in heaven. It's both a celebration of Jesus' ministry, and an opportunity to reflect on our own as Jesus hands the baton on to us. At the Ascension, we enter 10 days of waiting for the promised Holy Spirit, also known as the 'Helper', whose manifestation we celebrate on Pentecost Sunday on 24th May.

For now though, join us for a short, said Holy Communion service tomorrow morning at 10am, you'll be very welcome.
