Brancaster beach has been exceptionally busy during this spell of hot weather. At peak times, more than ever, visitors are asked to leave no trace of your visit.

The single biggest thing visitors can do to leave the beach in an unspoilt and safe condition, for those who come after you and for wildlife, is to bring a rubbish bag and take all your litter home with you.

You can also help by not using disposable BBQs, which can leave the sand dangerously hot for others and for wildlife.
