LOOKING AHEAD AND ANNOUNCEMENTS + MESSY CHURCH :

Thought you'd like to read the bible but don't know where to start?
So why not join the Explore group as we study the gospel of Mark, which gives the life of Jesus in story form. No previous knowledge necessary. Bibles and lifts can be provided. St Christopher’s Church 7.30pm to 9.00pm starting tomorrow
For more information speak to Chris Hall

Saturday 16th May 10:00 am–12:30 pm We are having an Open Morning at St. John’s with refreshments and a small exhibition of church history to raise funds for repairs needed to the church clock. Any help with tea/coffee would be great. It would also be wonderful to have a good turnout of church members to mingle with visitors. Please spread the word around to family/friends as we need thousands of pounds spending on the clock.

The Annual Parochial Church Meeting will be held on Sunday May 17th, 2026, 6.30pm, at Hugglescote Community Centre.

HUGGLESCOTE VILLAGE FETE - SATURDAY 6 JUNE 2026
The set up/break down details have now been confirmed and a copy is available at the back of Church. We need volunteers to help with putting up the gazebo and tables between 0930 and 1100 and taking them down again between 1600 and 1700 hours. We also need volunteers to help during the day - one hour slots between 1200 and 1600 hours. We need volunteers for St John's stall to help run the tombola and talk to visitors to the fete about Church. We also need volunteers for the Churches Together Refreshment Tent to serve tea, coffee and soft drinks. An amended sign up sheet with the set up details is available at the back of Church. Last year over 1000 people attended the event so it is a great opportunity to promote Church and spread the message of God's love. Any questions please see Rachel.
