St John's Church is well supported by the local community group, as we aim to find a positive future for our church. We have been working together to make the building more multi-purpose so that the whole community can use the space; we are part way through this reordering project, and have laid a beautiful new level floor. We understand the concern of residents regarding the firework display at a wedding last night . We understand this took place on the school grounds . We apologise unreservedly that this happened but wish to be clear that this is NOT something for which permission was granted . We will be taking this up with the organisers .

Wow a new yoga class for beginners at St John’s in upper Denby . . Are you wanting to do more exercise? , become more mobile ? Then this might be for you . Debbie caters for all ages and abilities and her class is accessible for those with mobility needs . I think the first class is at a reduced price so why not give it a try.
